Chef JuanLou (aka Chef Fancy) is on a mission to put the "farm" back in pharmaceutical.

Raised on a six-acre Central Texas homestead, JuanLou never lost her dirt-under-the-fingernails roots. Today, she blends that farm-girl soul with the precision of a French-trained pastry chef and chocolatier. With a Bachelor’s from UT Austin and dual degrees in Culinary and Pastry Arts, her kitchen is a laboratory where food truly becomes medicine.

Having explored the flavors of over 36 countries—from the spice markets of the Middle East to the bistros of Western Europe—JuanLou creates "farmaceutical" meals that are globally inspired and functionally fueled. Whether you’re grabbing a "pinch-hit" healthy meal on the run at the Barton Creek or Sun City Farmers Markets or diving into her signature chocolates, her philosophy remains the same: Season with the Season.
